Retained to transition 4 hotels on behalf of new owner Think Hospitality on South Beach.
STRATEGIC ACTIONS INCLUDED:
During 2021 HAI was retained to transition 4 hotels on behalf of new owner Think Hospitality on South Beach. This involved setting up and mapping of all room types on website and all the OTAS. As well HAI was instrumental in improving revenues during the Pandemic for all 4 South Beach Resorts. This was accomplished by establishing programs and packages on the website and working with the OTAS to fill need periods such as weekday and summertime period. Additionally, HAI deployed and designed new pricing strategy for post pandemic recovery and implemented the installation of new revenue management software.
